[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming NEMS/NEMSLegacy Trunk Commit - Ticket 144

Hi All,
   There is an upcoming commits to the NEMS trunk involving ticket
144: stochastic parameterization in NEMS.  Change to NEMS is to moved
mersenne_twister.f from physics to share so the dynamics side of the GSM
has access to the random number generator.  The addition of the stochastic
physics also requires setting use_nuopc to false in nuopc_physics.F90 due
to an issue with the nuopc_phyiscs  interface not providing the correct
radiation tendencies.
Changes can be viewed in the following subversion branch:

There is also an associated ticked for the GSM changes, GSM ticket 45.

Jun will announce when these changes will be merged into the trunk.
