[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 45

Hi All,
   There is an upcoming commits to the GSM trunk involving ticket
45: stochastic parameterization in GSM.
Changes can be viewed in the following subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/stochy

There is also an associated ticked for the NEMS changes, GSM ticket 144.

Jun will announce when these changes will be merged into the trunk.
