[Ncep.list.nems.announce] GSM, NEMS trunk commit with GSM ticket #93!

Ratko,

Thank you very much  for providing your help to resolve the issues.

All intentions were towards making things working properly.  As the commits
gets increasingly complex, there is a learning curve for many of us who
have not dealt with NEMS on a regular basis.
