[Ncep.list.nems.announce] GSM, NEMS trunk commit with GSM ticket #93!

NEMS developers,

I'm going to update rt.sh to point regression results to my directories.

Ticket #175 https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/nems/ticket/175#ticket

Working copies:

Full regression tests are now running.
