[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 99: several upgrdes and some bug fixes

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #94: addition
of attributes for coupling between physics and dynamics (See Trac ticket #99
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/99>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
