[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Postponing NEMS/GSM training

Good morning everyone,

Since folks are still digging themselves out of their own streets in the DC
area we are going to postpone tomorrow's training. The training will now
occur next Wednesday 2/3 at the same time. Please look out for an
adjustment to the calendar entry and updated WebEx/telecon information.
