[Ncep.list.nems.announce] NEMS update

Hi, All,
NEMS trunk committed, the revision number is 70684. Thank you.
The required WAM-IPE model coupling variables are in the
....../gsm/dyn/get_w_z.f. They are as follows:
uug ===> U
vvg ===> V
ttg ===> T
wwg ===> W
zzg ====> Z
rqg ====> q, OZ, CLW, O, O2 (detail information please look the
get_w_z.f subroutine comments.
n2g ====> N2
