[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 100: merge land surface upgrades to NEMS/GSM

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #100: merge
land surface upgrades to NEMS/GSM(See Trac ticket #100
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/100>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:

The changes will be committed tomorrow afternoon, Aug 2 after the
