[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Gyre GFS regression test FAIL

Ratko,

I think post library may need to be rebuilt on gyre. I had problem run post
on gyre after the switch, but it is working after I rebuilt post code.
Currently, post lib is linked to Moorthi's build. Moorthi, would you please
rebuild post lib? Thanks.
