[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 68: Fix the WAM and GFS models restart run problem

I am going to postpone this commit until tomorrow...to give folks more time
to review the upcoming changes. The commit is now scheduled for 1-2pm
