[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 68: Fix the WAM and GFS models restart run problem

Good morning folks,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #68: Fix the
WAM and GFS models restart run problem. (See Trac ticket #68
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/68>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:

The changes will be committed between 1-2pm TODAY, Monday July 13th. You
are encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
