[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 35: Update the NEMS GSM to use the ESMF 6.3.0r library

Good morning folks,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #35:Update
the NEMS GSM to use the ESMF 6.3.0r library. (See Trac ticket
#35<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/35>
)

Changes can be viewing the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/weiyu/gsm_update_ESMF630r/

Since this is a very small, single line change, the commit with occur this
afternoon between 1-2pm TODAY, Wednesday, February 26th. You are encouraged
to review the code before it is committed.
