[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 56: Upgrade NEMS/GSM to the next operational GFS and beyond

Good afternoon everyone,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #56: Upgrade
NEMS/GSM to the next operational GFS and beyond. (See Trac ticket #56
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/56>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/moorthi/gsm_slg

If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Moorthi.

The changes will be committed between 10-11am TOMORROW, Thursday, December
18th. You are encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
