Hello all,

I submitted new ticket through NEMS trac system, but it seems it's not
sending e-mails to the group automatically like before (maybe something
went wrong after power outage last week?).

I plan on committing this change tomorrow.

New microphysics (Thompson) scheme added to NMMB (work by Dusan).
New regression test added fro Thompson scheme (full test only).
