[Ncep.list.nems.announce] NEMS trunk update

Eric,

Yep, that's what you should see...except when using option
--ignore-externals with checkout or update.

All,

I am still getting that same error on Gyre this morning:

https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/trunk/
svn: OPTIONS of 'https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/trunk': could
not connect to server (https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov)

Sad times. I haven't seen any emails about this so I will submit my own
ticket as well.
