[Ncep.list.nems.announce] NEMS trunk update

Eric,

After I commit the update, I check out the trunk again and run the standard
regression test.  It went ok (i.e., past the test).

I'm not 100% sure about these SVN messages. Could some SVN guru help!!  It
seems indicating  no problem to update these changes made in the NEMS
trunk, but have some problem with the external link specified for GSM.
(The code update made in this morning is only related to NEMS trunk, FYI).

If you cd to src/atmos/svn, and type  "svn log ", does it indicate the
latest update by Kate made in 26 Nov (r34148)?  Also, does your updated
code work at all?
