[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Commit - Ticket 23

Good day folks,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk, to incorporate changes
related to ticket #23
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/23>(Allow NEMS GFS to
read nemsio ICs files).

Since it is a small commit I will commit the changes this afternoon between
2 and 3 pm. A notice will be sent after the commit is complete.
