[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] Chicago radar data not being used in MRMS (since at least 00z)?

I phrased that poorly. The bad dual pol data is causing MRMS to treat many to all of the radials from KLOT as non-meteorological data which it then filters out. This filtering takes priority over the data from the surrounding radars given the distance to radar.
