[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] Chicago radar data not being used in MRMS (since at least 00z)?

[Ray Davis - NOAA Federal]

It should be using the surrounding radars to fill in that area, but it
seems to be rejecting KLOT's data, and setting the area to clear sky (or
something like that.)
