[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] Failover of MRMS from CPRK to BLDR today (Feb 6, 2018)

MRMS customers,

We will be failing over MRMS from the College Park to Boulder data center
today at approximately 1545Z.  This will be part of a wider fail over test
of all NCO applications.

Our expectation is that there will be a minimal loss of MRMS products
during the failover and DNS change.  If you experience data loss of greater
than 5 minutes please contact the IDP team (cc'd above).
