[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] MRMS failover to Boulder scheduled for 1730Z today / plus current MRMS outage.

MRMS customers,

We had an unscheduled failover to Boulder this morning after suffering
network issues in College Park.   Unfortunately our mail server and group
user lists were taken down by the outage also, and we were unable to get
the message out to the field.

At this point MRMS is active in Boulder, and we are beginning to be able to
more fully troubleshoot both our College Park and Boulder MRMS virtual
machines.

Please let us know if you continue to have difficulties with MRMS data into
the afternoon.  We are actively looking at restoring MRMS and our other
applications to full health.

We apologize for any loss of data, and are working to limit any outage.
