[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] MRMS restart of selected processes today (20170727 @1630Z)

MRMS users,

We are scheduled to restart a subset of MRMS processes at 1630Z today.  A 5
minute outage of some products may occur.  We will be monitoring here, and
please let us know if you experience additional file loss.
