[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] MRMS Failover to Boulder today @ 2130Z

MRMS customers,

NCO will be failing over to Boulder today at 2130Z.

Please let the IDP team know if you experience any issues with the
failover.   We will be restarting the CPRK ldm at  ~2145Z to ensure all
users are moved to the new active site.
