[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] Site Failover MRMS - CPRK to BLDR today (20170823) @ 14Z

MRMS users,

Our MRMS data feed will be moved from College Park to Boulder this
morning.  We expect minimal disruption to the field, but please verify your
MRMS feed has made the transition.  We will restart LDM on the CPRK MRMS
site shortly after the DNS change has has time to propagate to ensure all
users make the transition to the Boulder feed.

Please let the IDP team know if you experience any issues.
