[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] MRMS active site moved to BLDR @14Z today

MRMS customers,

A network issue in Boulder has cropped up, and we have once again moved
back to the College Park site.  Once again, apologies for the lack of
notice.  Please let us know if you see MRMS issues beyond 15Z.
