The latest NHC GIS data for Tropical Arlene are not available via IDP-GIS
map services due to a change in the format of the files which IDP uses to
create the services. NWS personnel are actively working to resolve the
issue, but we do not have a estimated time the services will return.  We
will update you as more information becomes available.
