Good afternoon everyone,

Please see additional purchase card guidance below.

The 2021 AMS Annual meeting will be virtual, therefore registration fee
should be paid by a Government Purchase Card from the attendee's Office,
Center, Division, or Branch.  This is consistent with NOAA Travel
Regulations Chapter 8: a.       Registration fees for TDY travel:  i.  That do
not include travel expenses (meals and/or lodging) will be procured using
the office purchase card.



Since all attendees will not be in a TDY status (virtual), they MUST use
the Office's Government Purchase Card.
