Please fill in the actual costs for Columns K through R if you
attended the 98th
AMS Annual Meeting on this spreadsheet

If you did not attend and your name appears on the spreadsheet, put in
Column A, "Did Not Attend."

Also, make sure you subtract the meal from your M&IE that was included in
the registration cost (AMS Annual Meeting Banquet).

If your receipt for hotel cost included taxes, please make sure in Column L
the taxes are included.

Hold on to all receipts pertaining to transportation, lodging,
registration, and abstract fees. I may need to collect them for an audit at
a later date. I will send out another email notification with instructions
if these receipts are needed.

*I will need all actual costs to be filled in by COB, Wednesday, January
24. *
