[Ncep.list.grouptravel] Updated Travel Task Table

All,

NWS CFO recently updated the Travel Task

in the NWS Appropriations Reference Manual.

Updates were also made in the Accounting Code Guidance

Based on this update, there should not be any travel that we would code to
Task Code P00.  Previously, in the Conference category, non-government
sponsored conferences were coded to Task Code P00.  This has been changed
to C00.  Please begin using Task Code C00 on future travel authorizations
for conferences that are not otherwise identified with a specific task code
in the table.  There is no need to amend previously approved travel
authorizations to make this change.
