Subject: ACTION: 2016 Fall AGU meeting has been audited

Good Afternoon,

NOAA Finance is now requesting updated information regarding the actual
 expenditures for the
​2016 Fall AGU meeting
*. *The actual expenses for the travelers should reconcile with their
travel vouchers

​Please find the spreadsheet with the list of attendees located here

At this time, we are NOT requesting any copies of any receipts.  Please be
sure to enter your traveler's expenses accurately. If he/she left earlier
than 12/11/2016 or departed later than 12/17/2016, please comment why in
Column P.

For Column H (transportation) - please only enter the airfare and the SATO
transaction fee

For Column L (ground transportation) - please enter ALL other
transportation expenses - such as taxi, mileage, metro, parking, shuttle or
bus fees.

For Column N (Miscellaneous) - please enter any other expenses - such as
baggage or ATM fees.

If your traveler did not attend, please do not delete his/her name - just
enter did not attend in Column N.

If you traveler was an added on and is not listed on the master
spreadsheet, please go ahead and enter their information in the blank rows
(219-271).

If you have any questions, please let me know.  I will need this
spreadsheet filled out no later than COB* Thursday, February 16th*.
