Please see attached document regarding the Department of State
(DOS)-designated "High Threat / High Risk" (HT/HR) countries.  USG
Travelers to HT/HR countries are not given country clearance until they
have successfully completed a High Threat / High Risk training course(s).
The document attached lists the current DOS-designated HT/HR countries and
regions. Please refer to this list, provided by NWS IA, when preparing
international travel authorizations.
