All,

I've completed some needed branch cleanup in the authoritative
global-workflow repository. Release branches that have been merged into the
operations/develop branches are now gone, as are some development branches
that were not continuing forward. As a reminder, the following section of
the global-workflow wiki describes where new branch work should go (auth or
fork):

https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/global-workflow/wiki/Development-of-Global-Workflow#where-to-do-development

The following branches remain in the auth repo:

   - develop - main pre-coupled development branch, not going anywhere
   - operations - main line for what is in operations, also not going
   anywhere
   - release/gefs_v12 - held for GEFS
   - feature/coupled-crow - main branch for future coupled/UFS development
   - release/gfsv16.1.2 - release branch for upcoming EMC_post tag update
   in operations
   - feature/hpc-stack - changes to update system components to versions
that support the new hpc-stack libraries

Please feel free to remove branches in your forks that no longer exist in
the auth repo. Thanks all!
