[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] global-workflow: Updated GFSv16 SCN - still being implemented March 17th!

All,

An updated SCN for the GFSv16 implementation is out. It is updated "to
reflect that an additional product will be hosted on NCEP web services from
the GFS-WAVE, noted in section D part 2." See the new SCN pdf link
forwarded below.

The GFSv16.0 is still scheduled to be implemented March 17th.
