[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Is anyone using the mkgfsnemsioctl utility anymore?

All,

Is anyone using the mkgfsnemsioctl utility anymore? A copy of this nemsio
utility currently lives within the global-workflow repository and all other
nemsio utilities have been moved to the UFS_UTILS repository. Here is the
mkgfsnemsioctl code within the global-workflow develop branch:
