[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Theia global noscrub space 99% full - please remove files

All,
The global noscrub space on Theia is now over 100% and the global dump
archive will not be able to populate real-time data. I will be looking at
dates to age-off the Theia global dump archive. See an email about that
shortly.
*PLEASE REMOVE YOUR UNNEEDED THEIA GLOBAL NOSCRUB SPACE FILES!* The top
