[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] FV3 dycore moving to github

Dear all,

The FV3 dycore inside VLAB FV3 repository in NEMSfv3gfs model is going to
be separated from FV3 repo and point to github repo at:

https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/GFDL_atmos_cubed_sphere

This repo was forked from GFDL's authoritative repository at:

https://github.com/NOAA-GFDL/GFDL_atmos_cubed_sphere

Currently the code is identical to the code under atmos_cubed_sphere
directory in VLAB FV3 master. This separation of FV3 dycore is planned to
be committed into NEMSfv3gfs/FV3 on Monday, August 26. If you are currently
making any changes under FV3/atmos_cubed_sphere, please move your
development work to the EMC fork GFDL_atmos_cubed_sphere on github after
the commit. Thanks.
