[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] FV3GFS how-to moved to global-workflow Redmine wiki

Users of the FV3GFS and global-workflow repo,

The content of the FV3GFS Workflow How-to slides has been moved into the
global-workflow Redmine wiki:

https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/global-workflow/wiki

This move was done to make the how-to information more available to all
users who can access the repo, where as the Google slides were not always
accessible by non-NOAA folks.

Please now use the global-workflow Redmine wiki to obtain information on
how to clone, build, set up, and run the FV3GFS. A table of contents is
provided at the top of the wiki for quick navigation; click on the section
you want to see to jump down to it. You can keep up to date on changes to
the wiki by clicking the "Watch" link on the top right of the wiki. Please
let me know if the wiki lacks information on a particular subject related
to global-workflow/FV3GFS or if any content isn't clear.
