[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Theia global noscrub at 97% full

Dear Theia global noscrub users,

Please remove files you do not need under here on Theia:

/scratch4/NCEPDEV/global/noscrub

*The global noscrub space on Theia is at 97%*, even after a recent global
dump archive age-off. The dump archive unfortunately shares the same space
and can not be cut down any further at this time.
