[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] NEMSfv3gfs and FV3 git repository updates 20180309

Dear all,

In this morning's commit NEMSfv3gfs was pointed to the previous FV3
revision, an emergency commit is made to fix the problem. If you checked
out/merged with the NEMSfv3gfs master this morning, please update your
branch by:

%git pull origin master
