[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] NEMSfv3gfs and FV3 git repository updates 2018014

Dear all,

Following changes were committed to the NEMSfv3gfs and FV3 repositories:

Task 52926: Using coupled fields in fv3 in coupled mode
The two way coupling is enabled, the coupled fields SST from MOM6 and sea
ice fields from CICE5 are used in fv3 during integration in fv3-mom6-cice5
coupled system.

Task 53492: issue compiling with HYDRO=Y with current master.
Fixes are made to fv_regional_bc.F90 and fv_dynamics.F90 in order to
correctly compile the code when HYDRO=Y is specified.

Task 51999: Growing memory when DumpFields=True and CPL=True (in coupled
mode)
In the fv3 cap, when coupling and dumping the fields in coupled system,
there is growing memory. It is found that three ESMF subroutines are called
without corresponding esmf destroy/release calls. Adding those calls
resolved the issue.

Above code changes do not alter current baseline results. Regression test
passed on the platforms including wcoss phase1/2,cray, theia and gaea
(c3,c4).
