[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] NEMSfv3gfs works on GAEA once again

Hi all,

The NEMSfv3gfs, which is the FV3 forecast model in NEMS, now runs on GAEA
again.  We've tested against WCOSS Cray baselines and verified that the
results are bitwise identical.  This means I'll go back to testing all NEMS
git master changes against GAEA once again.  I've committed the new
baseline location, and GAEA test logs, to the NEMSfv3gfs git master in hash
8ec61ec.  No code nor scripts were updated in that change; all I had to do
in the repo is point to the new baseline on GAEA.
