[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Transition of FV3 Repository to VLab Git

Dear all,

The NEMSfv3gfs and fv3 repositories have been transitioned to VLAB. It has
been verified that the master branches(trunk) are working and all
regression test passed on all the supported platforms. The branches/tags we
collected have been moved to VLAB too, branch owners are currently
verifying if the branches are working as expected.

Now the NEMSfv3gfs vlab is open for developers. You can access the
nemsfv3gfs VLAB git at:
ssh://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov:29418/NEMSfv3gfs

and fv3 vlab git at:
ssh://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov:29418/FV3

Below are two documents to help developers with fv3 VLAB transition. One is
the Mark Pott's presentation on working with VLAB git repository, the other
is on how to make changes in VALB NEMSfv3gfs. Please let Mark and Jun know
if you have any questions.
