Dear FV3 developers,

I created a google sheet at:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Fj2luQeVCap8GSNnwK2POwGLIvk0a8wIdI4ffWYjn_c/edit#gid=0

for fv3 VLAB transition. Please write down the branches/tags that you would
like to move to VLAB git repository. Thanks.
