[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] temporary errors in cloning FV3 and NEMS

Hi all,

Some of you noticed that you were temporarily unable to clone
(checkout/download) FV3 or NEMS from vlab.  That was because the vlab
admins were rearranging the repository access protections.  This update is
needed to support multiple components and multiple apps with varying
intellectual property restrictions.  It did take the admins a non-zero
amount of time to do that, so there were temporary interruptions in
access.  The access issues should now be resolved.  Whatever you could do
before, you should be able to do now.
