[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Upcoming FV3 trunk commit: ticket #5: add capability of FV3 core to read in analysis increment at initialization

Dear all,

The fv3 trunk and NEMSfv3gfs trunk are updated.

*As always please update your branches accordingly.* Just as a reminder, to
update your branch, use the following command if at the top of the working
copy of your branch (*using the --dry-run option first*, just to be safe):

svn merge --dry-run https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3/trunk .

If all goes well, do the actual merge:

svn merge https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3/trunk .

Then commit back to your branch.
