Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the FV3 trunk involving ticket #5: add
capability of FV3 core to read in analysis increment at initialization (
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/fv3/ticket/5)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3/branches/pegion/da_increment
If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Philip
Pegion.

The fv3 app
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/apps/NEMSfv3gfs/trunk

will be updated with all the new log files and the latest fv3 trunk
revision.

The changes will be committed between 2-3PM today, May 18. You are
encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
