[Ncep.list.emc.monsoondesk] Why Climatological Sea-Ice fraction send to GFS, but not the one computed by MOM-SIS

Prajeesh,

It is the first step for summing up, actually it scatters data (in this 
case it is Ice%fice) from model grid onto xgrid (exchange grid).

The option 'OCN' here means the "1 and 0" we talked about in Ice%fice 
are on ocean (or ice, the same) grid; the same applies to Land%fice with 
option 'LND'.
