[Ncep.list.emc.glopara-support] prep step issue

Sim,

I started looking at your prep dayfile and see it pointing to older
parallel scripts still...but when I open up the configuration file listed
at the top it is the new config file with updated settings. I am not sure
how the older parallel scripts and tropcy_relocate.sh are being set and
then used.

I am looking under: /gpfs/v/scratch/ptmp/mgd0sa/rotdatprx
at this dayfile: nodrop2011062206gfsprep.dayfile

Do you happen to have a new COMROT directory?
