 remove {{{run_cycle_$machine.sh}}} and add {{{global_cycle_driver.sh}}}
 similar to {{{global_chgres_driver.sh}}}. Update {{{global_cycle.sh}}} to
 take in {{{CASE, tilenum}}}. This branch has been tested in cycling with
 [source:branches/Rahul.Mahajan/EXP-cyc EXP-cyc] in which I will merge this
 branch in to prepare for [source:trunk] integration.
