 Two GSI scripts have also been updated to run cycled experiments using
 tic21 workflow. Instead of creating a new GSI branch, they are temporarily
 placed at
 Luna:/gpfs/hps/emc/global/noscrub/Fanglin.Yang/svn/fv3gfs/tic21/global_shared.v15.0.0/scripts

 exglobal_enkf_fcst_fv3gfs.sh.ecf
 exglobal_analysis_fv3gfs.sh.ecf

 Will work with the DA group to place them in a GSI branch.
